Taiwan Tourism "Kick Off Your Next Adventure" Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Entry Period:

Start: May 30, 2026 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time
End: June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time

Entries submitted outside this time period will not be accepted. All times are Pacific Time (PT). The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Taiwan Tourism Administration San Francisco Office (the "Sponsor"), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.

This Sweepstakes is conducted entirely online and no physical presence is required. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To Enter:

Visit the official sweepstakes page at feeltaiwan.com/kickoff during the Entry Period
Complete the required entry form with your legal first name, last name, valid email address, and ZIP code
Agree to the Official Rules and confirm you are 18 years of age or older and a US resident
Submit your entry to receive one (1) base sweepstakes entry

Bonus Entries (Optional):

Participants may earn up to twelve (12) additional entries by completing the Taiwan quiz modules available on the sweepstakes page:

+1 entry for each quiz completed, up to a maximum of 12 bonus entries
Maximum of thirteen (13) total entries per person (1 base entry + 12 quiz bonus entries)
Each quiz may only be completed once per participant
Sponsor reserves the right to verify quiz completion

Entry Restrictions:

Limit one (1) registration per person/email address
Multiple registrations from the same person using different email addresses are prohibited and may result in disqualification
All entry information must be accurate and complete
Entrants must use their legal name as it appears on their government-issued identification
Use of automated entry devices, bots, or programs is prohibited
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or received after the Entry Period will be void

4. PRIZES

Three (3) Grand Prizes: Each winner will receive one (1) round-trip economy class flight ticket from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) to Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE).

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,200 USD per prize

Total ARV of all prizes: $3,600 USD

Prize Details and Restrictions:

Travel must be completed within six (6) months from the date of prize award
Blackout dates may apply (including but not limited to major holidays and peak travel periods)
Winner is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (passport, visa, etc.)
Airline and specific flight times are subject to availability and at Sponsor's discretion
No cash alternative or prize substitution allowed except at Sponsor's sole discretion
Prizes are non-transferable
Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to: ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, baggage fees, travel insurance, and incidental expenses
Winner must comply with all applicable airline terms and conditions
If a winner is unable to accept a prize as awarded, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Random Drawing:

Three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period
Drawing will be held on or around July 4, 2026
Drawing will be conducted by Taiwan Tourism Administration San Francisco Office or its designated representatives
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received

Winner Notification:

Winners will be announced on July 4th, 2026 via Taiwan Tourism North America's official social media accounts
Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided at registration within five (5) business days of the drawing
Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of prize notification
Failure to comply may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner

Verification:

All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules
Winner must present valid government-issued photo identification matching the name provided at registration
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if fraud or rule violations are suspected

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Acceptance of Prize:

By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in this Sweepstakes.

Publicity Release:

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winner's name, city/state of residence, photograph, voice, and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Disqualification:

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

Violates these Official Rules
Tampers with the entry process or quiz completion verification
Acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner
Provides false or misleading information
Uses multiple email addresses or identities to register multiple entries

Disputes:

All decisions by Sponsor are final and binding. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Privacy:

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy. Participants who opt in to marketing communications may receive Taiwan travel tips and updates; this is optional and does not affect eligibility or entry count.

Release:

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Travel Risks:

Winner acknowledges that international travel involves inherent risks. Sponsor is not responsible for:

Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
Acts of God, natural disasters, or extreme weather
Political unrest, war, or terrorism
Disease outbreaks or pandemic-related restrictions
Any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during travel
Winner's failure to obtain required travel documents

Technical Issues:

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries
Technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures
Network, online, or computer failures, problems, or traffic congestion
Any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to participation in the Sweepstakes

Right to Cancel or Modify:

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will select winners in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All entry materials become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By submitting an entry, entrant grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such entry for any purpose.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. By entering, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in the State of California. Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Sponsor shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Official Rules if such failure is due to any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, fire, flood, pandemic, or governmental restrictions.

11. WINNER LIST

Winners will be publicly announced via Taiwan Tourism North America's official social media accounts on July 4th, 2026. For a written list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within sixty (60) days after the drawing date to:

13. WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION

BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. ENTRANTS WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
